Overview

REDX is a seller lead generation and prospecting platform designed for real estate agents and teams. It supplies five types of motivated seller contact lists—expired listings, for-sale-by-owner (FSBO), for-rent-by-owner (FRBO), pre-foreclosure, and geographic (circle prospecting)—paired with a built-in power dialer (up to three lines), CRM called Vortex, and direct-mail and social media marketing tools. Rather than paying per lead, you pay a flat monthly fee for access to a category; for example, expired leads cost $60/month, or you bundle all five lead types for $199/month. The platform sits at the front end of your prospecting workflow: you pull a lead list, call using the dialer with automatic Do-Not-Call compliance, track conversations in Vortex, and nurture via postcards or Facebook/Instagram ads. Most agents use it to fill their pipeline with seller-motivated transactions, offsetting reliance on sphere-of-influence or buy-side leads. The company has operated for over 20 years and serves 200+ coaching and training organizations; agents using REDX report 90+ annual listings on average.

How it works

Getting started with REDX follows a three-step onboarding: First, you choose your lead type(s)—for example, expired listings in your MLS or FSBO sellers in your market—and pay the corresponding monthly subscription. All leads arrive pre-skip-traced with phone numbers, emails, mailing addresses, and appended data (property equity, owner demographics, neighborhood stats, and lifestyle insights). Second, you log into Vortex, REDX's CRM and command center. Here you see your lead list, dial using the built-in power dialer (1 line on the $299/mo Connect plan, 3 lines on the $349/mo Pro plan), and record call outcomes and notes. The dialer includes voicemail drop technology—when a line rings through, a pre-recorded voicemail auto-plays to one contact while you speak to another on a separate line, multiplying your contact rate without repeating your message. The system checks all numbers against the national Do-Not-Call registry before dialing to protect your compliance. Third, after calling, you follow up using Vortex's integrated tools: send DIY or templated postcards, launch Facebook and Instagram ads auto-synced to your lead list, or use organic social content (REDX's Brand Builder tool helps create video assets). Call history, lead status, and pipeline tracking all live in Vortex. If you use an external CRM like Follow Up Boss, Sisu, Bold Trail, or Top Producer, REDX integrates one-way or two-way so leads sync automatically and you stay in your preferred tool. Team members (if you're on a team or brokerage plan) each get their own dialer login and access to the same lead pool and tools, with real-time visibility on who's calling and closing. Training includes live Bootcamp sessions, REDX University video courses, and scripts accessible inside Vortex.

Best for

REDX is designed for solo agents and small-to-mid-size teams (2–20+ agents) who specialize in or want to grow their listing business. It works best for agents in all market conditions—expireds and FSBOs convert reliably whether the market is hot or cool. Fix-and-flip wholesalers and BRRRR landlords can use FRBO leads to source off-market rental or turnkey properties from landlords looking to cash out. New agents often start with a single lead type ($60/mo) and upgrade to a bundle as call volume scales. Solo agents typically gravitate to the $299–$349/mo Connect or Pro plans (which bundle all five lead types with a power dialer). Larger teams or brokerages use the Team Accounts add-on, paying $75–$99 per additional user per month for seats that all share the same lead pool and tools. REDX is less suited for agents who rely primarily on buyer leads, sphere-of-influence prospecting, or who already use a fully built-out dialer (e.g., Mojo Dialer) and CRM and only need lead data; in that case, lower-cost lead-only subscriptions or single-lead-type purchases exist but lack dialer integration.

Pricing reality

REDX pricing is transparent and tiered. Individual lead types (Expired, FSBO, FRBO, GeoLeads, Pre-Foreclosure) start at $60/month each, or $600/year if you commit annually. The Core bundle ($199/mo, $1,990/year) includes all five lead types plus Vortex CRM access, DIY and done-for-you postcard templates, and Plus Insights data appended to each lead—but no power dialer. The Connect bundle ($299/mo, $2,980/year) adds a single-line power dialer and Facebook/Instagram Ad Builder. The Pro bundle ($349/mo, $3,480/year) upgrades to a three-line power dialer for high-volume prospecting. Annual prepayment saves approximately 17% versus monthly billing. Additional team members cost $75/mo (Core, Connect) or $99/mo (Pro) each and receive full access to the same leads, tools, and CRM. There are no per-lead fees, no per-property caps, and no onboarding charges; the dialer, CRM, postcard platform, and ad builder are included in all bundles. The only variable cost is the per-user seat fee for teams. Integrations are free, and customer support is included during business hours.

What makes it different

Combines five categories of pre-qualified seller leads in one subscription with integrated calling, CRM, and marketing tools—eliminating per-lead fees and fragmented tech stacks that typical lead vendors require.
